LC Fiscal Court April Notes & Highlights

On April 11th, the LC Fiscal court held their regular monthly meeting with all magistrates minus Dean Noe in attendance.

Solid Waste March receipts were approximately $54k (+).

LC Ambulance had 150 billable runs for the month of March and 176 total runs. March total received approximately $70k (+).

It is noted for the record LC Clerk has provided a check in the amount of $10k to LC Fiscal Court for the 2024 clerk office shut down/transition advance.

The court approved an application and resolution for financing 2- 2025 Mack trucks through Taco Leasing in the amount of $406,658 at a fixed rate of 6.15%.

The court approved the hiring of Freddie Durbin seasonal solid waste operator at $1,050 monthly salary.

The court approved the part time hiring of Julie Holman ambulance/EMT dept. at $12.50 hourly wage.

The court approved the hiring of Kenneth Lewis ambulance/EMT dept at $12.50 hourly wage.
