Virginia Rose Biggs

Virginia Rose Biggs, age 72, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, KY. Virginia was born June 20, 1951 in Middletown, OH, a daughter to the late John Lee, and Alma Opal (Rowlan) Lee. She was a nurse, and in her free-time she enjoyed gardening, and flowers. Virginia was a member of the Calvary Temple Church.

Along with her husband of 40 years; Clifford Biggs, she is survived by 3 daughters; Melinda (Tim) Miller, Eugenia “Gina” (Bobby) Price, and Thelma Jean Ramsey, 3 sons; John (Phyllis) Richardson, Eugene “Bill” (Nicole) Richardson, and Raymond (Lisa) Biggs 2 brothers; Bobby (Lora) Lee, and Larry Lee, 18 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and many other loving family members, and friends. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings; Bill Lee, Buck Lee, Rebecca Cow, Dixie Isaacs, Charlie Lee, and Orville Duttonhopper.

Funeral services held Monday, April 15, 2024 at the Booneville Funeral Home with Rev. Randall Amburgy officiating. She was laid to rest in the Biggs-Yarber Cemetery in Booneville, KY. The Booneville Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
