Lutes Installs Little Library at Happy Top

Thanks to Emily Lutes a Junior at LCHS, Happy Top now has its own Little Library at the lookout. The library was constructed by Lutes and her father Chris as a community project after being named a Rogers Scholar. The library was painted by Emily, Rylee Phillips and Allyson Bowling. Visitors may borrow books from the Little Library or donate new/used books to fill the library. Photo via LC Fiscal Court.
