Vickie C. Burns, age 75, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2025 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, in Knoxville, TN. Vickie was born April 18, 1950 in Oneida, KY, a daughter to the late Carl Turner, and Roberta (Lynch) Owens. She was an office manager, a member of Stephen Ministry, Eastern Star, and enjoyed traveling. Along with her mother; Roberta (Lynch) Owens, she is survived by 1 daughter; Kristin (Brian) Corbitt, 3 brothers; Mick (Sandi) Turner, Tim (Judy) Turner, and Jim Turner, 2 grandchildren; Riley Corbitt, and Cheyanne Corbitt, and many other loving family members & friends.
Along with her father; Carl Turner, she was preceded in death by her grandmother; Agnes Lynch, and step-father; Clyde Owens.
Funeral services held Sept. 27, 2025 at Booneville Funeral Home with Pastor Rob Morgan officiating. She was laid to rest in the Isaac-Combs Cemetery, located in Booneville, KY. The Booneville Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
