TROY DENNIS FRALEY, the son of the late Troy and Allene Hogan Fraley, was born in Lexington, Kentucky on March 6, 1962, and departed this life at his home in Lee County, Kentucky on February 4, 2026, at the age of 63 years, 10 months, and 29 days. He was a retired signal maintainer for the CSX Railroad and attended the Beattyville Church of The Nazarene.
Mr. Fraley is survived by his son, Zachary Dennis Fraley and wife JoAnn of Beattyville, Kentucky; two granddaughters, Tori and Natalie Fraley both of Beattyville; four step-grandchildren, Corey Little, Dalton Little and wife Jenna, Lacey and Melissa Vanzant all of Beattyville; two sisters, Sabrina Hall and husband Jim, and Kelly Allen all of Richmond, Kentucky; one niece, Paige Brandenburg of Richmond; two nephews, Tristan Fraley and Trevor Allen both of Richmond; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Fraley was preceded in death by one brother, Mark Fraley.
