Patricia Anne “Patsy” Fike, daughter of the late Elba and Lillian Smallwood Fike was born in Richmond, Kentucky on November 21, 1954 and departed this life at her home in Beattyville, Kentucky on October 9, 2025 at the age of 70 years, 10 months, and 18 days. Patsy is survived by her beloved sons, Phillip Scott Durbin and wife Jana and Gregory Paul Durbin; two grandchildren, Gram and Maggie Durbin; and one brother, Johnny Fike and wife Annette all of Beattyville, Kentucky; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends. In addition to her parents, Elba and Lillian Fike, Patsy was preceded in death by one brother, Dickie Fike.
Patsy will be laid to rest in a private graveside service. Newnam in charge of arrangements.
