One of three men convicted of killing Bardstown mom Crystal Rogers has been moved to another jail.
According to court records, Steve Lawson received 17 years in prison for conspiracy to commit murder and tampering with physical evidence. He is being held at the Lee Adjustment Center in Beattyville, KY.
Lawson's son, Joseph, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for conspiracy to commit murder and tampering with physical evidence too. He’s serving out his sentence at the Little Sandy Correctional Complex in Sandy Hook, KY.
The third man, Brooks Houck, Rogers’ ex-boyfriend, was convicted of murder (principle or accomplice) and tampering with physical evidence earlier this year.
Houk is being held at Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, KY
Both Lawsons have also filed appeals to have their convictions overturned.
Due to Houck's lengthy sentence, his appeal is heading to the Kentucky Supreme Court, according to court records.
