Michael Bowman, widower of Bessie Carol Moore Bowman and the son of the late Hobert and Eudell Howell Bowman was born on August 28, 1955 and departed this life at his home in Beattyville, Kentucky on July 30, 2024 at the age of 68 years, 11 months, and 2 days. He was a former employee of Beattyville Waterworks.

Michael leaves behind his daughter, Jessica Bowman and fiancé

Greg Hall of S. Lebanon Ohio; four brothers, Steve, Darel (Hobie),

Anthony Wayne, and Lincoln Bowman all of Beattyville, Kentucky; six sisters, Billie Joyce Sergent of Danville, Kentucky, Marilyn Brandon of Waterford, Michigan, Carolyn Buxton of Loogootee, Indiana, Susan Dunaway and Judy Bailey both of Beattyville, and Kathy Bowman of

Richmond, Indiana; and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to his wife and parents, Michael was preceded in death

by a brother, Johnny Bowman.

Funeral services will be held at Newnam Funeral Home on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 2 PM. Visit 12-2PM. Burial will follow at the Howell Cemetery.
