A Lee County Woman and Two Others Indicted Sexual Abuse Charges

Rebecca Mann, 40, of Lee County, was arrested and charged with 31 counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under age 12, along with David Parks, 47, and Alicia Parks, 40, both of Wolfe County.
According to court records, Mann was indicted on 31 counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under age 12.
Alicia Parks was indicted on First-degree rape, First-degree sodomy of a person unable to give consent, Incest of a person under age 18 by a person 3 or more years older, First-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, and Second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor

David Parks was indicted on on 31 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under age 12, First-degree rape, Incest of a person under age 18 by a person three or more years older, First-degree sodomy of a person who was unable to give consent, First-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, and Third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, according to court records.
All three have been lodged in the Three Forks Regional Jail since their arrests.
David Park is due in court at 1pm on Aug. 4, 2025; and Alicia Park has a pretrial conference set for 9am on June 2, 2025.
The child sexual abuse investigation remains ongoing.
